Last year, I made my Uncle Fred a wall hanging for his birthday. It can be seen here. He called last month to let me know about a special Christmas present he received from his wife, Hazel. Yesterday, he and his wife came for a visit and he brought his special gift, here it is...
Hazel took the wall hanging and had it framed! While at the framers, she remembered that she hadn't signed it. I am so glad she thought about that! What a wonderful selection for the frame and mat color. My uncle is so pleased. I am so happy the wall hanging means so much to them. What a great reminder of a wonderful day with friends and family!

Hello, Teresa!!
Surprise! It's me- Christi!
How wonderful for your Aunt to frame this for your Uncle. It is a beautiful piece of stitchery and I know your Uncle will look upon with love from not only the "stitcher", but "signers" and "framer" as well. How much more perfect can it be? I thank the Lord everyday for bringing such a special as gift as you into my life. I pray I never take His blessings for granted- I want to give Him all praise because He is worthy! Amen!
That is great that it is now beautifully framed. What a good job you did on that.

I have mailed your PIF, and you should get it any day now! So sorry it took me forever. Looks like you are taking a blogging break, too... hope all is well :)
Hi Teresa, just stopped by to say hi. I hope all is well.
Heidi's scarf is so pretty ...I saw the cute picture she took of herself modeling it. I love the yarn you are using it is so soft and cuddly...I'm enjoying mine so much, I even wear it at home it has been so cold and it just perfect to put across my shoulders. Could you tell me what size needle you are using and how many stitches you are casting on?
Happy knitting and are you busy with any xstitching? hugs, Linda
